PRECINCT CAPTAIN: Okay, lookit: I’m only going to say this once, so pay attention. I don’t want to hear anybody using the term [air quotes] “voter fraud”. That’s number one. It has a bad connotation. When you use a word like “fraud”, what do people think of? Anybody? That’s right—cheating. You know: dishonesty—double-dealing, double-dipping and double-crossing. Double everything.
